Assess your tolerance by taking 1 Small Scoop (7g) with 8-10oz of cold water 20-30 minutes before your training session. For advanced users and those looking to MAXIMIZE energy, pumps and focus you may use 1 Large Scoop (14g).
Do not exceed 1 Large Scoop in any 24-hour period. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime.
